I wanted to write a little note to you about Sarah Porterfield and my experience buying a
home with her as my agent. Little did I know that on a random day in late
August, while calling Weichman Realtors for more information on one of their listings, I'd be making the most important phone call in my home buying experience. Fate has a funny way of working out that way. It was on that day that I started my home buying journey with
Sarah Porterfield.

I can't compliment or thank Sarah enough for all that she has done for me throughout this process. I know that the things she does to go above and beyond for her clients is her standard protocol, but it is that special and detailed touch that sets her far above the rest.

Her low pressure style was an absolute fit for me. I never felt like she was pushing me into a house, but rather felt that she was determined and dedicated to finding me the house that perfectly fit me. As we went through the offer and purchase process there were several situations where Sarah's expertise in this industry were of great importance. Pulling the CLUE report, dealing with the other realtor/seller's issues, meeting and working with the Gas
Company, inspectors, and workman on my behalf, etc. all demonstrated her unwavering diligence to be sure that all aspects of this sale were done correctly (repairs, escrow, funding, inspections and closing issues). Even to the layman, it is apparent that she is informed and competent.
